1. Acceptance of Terms

The Platform provides educational materials relating to surgical and medical procedures, including but not limited to videos, demonstrations, text, illustrations, protocols, and learning modules (the “Content”).
Access to certain Content requires a paid subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for healthcare professionals, trainees, and students. It is not intended for use by the general public for self-diagnosis or treatment.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with prior notice.
Individual Use Only
Unless expressly authorized in writing:
- Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable
- Account sharing is prohibited
- Multiple users may not access one account
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in unauthorized sharing or misuse.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
All Content and materials available on or through the Platform, including but not limited to:
- surgical procedure videos
- recordings and demonstrations
- images and illustrations
- text and protocols
- graphics, trademarks, logos
- software and platform design
(collectively, the “Content”) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- copy, reproduce, download, or distribute Content
- record, screen capture, stream-rip, or archive videos
- modify or create derivative works
- publicly display or redistribute Content
- use Content for commercial or institutional training without written permission
- share accounts or credentials
- remove copyright notices
- circumvent security, DRM, or access controls
Enforcement
Unauthorized use may result in account termination, subscription cancellation without refund, and legal action.
6. Educational and Medical Disclaimer
The Content is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
The Platform:
- does not provide medical advice
- does not provide clinical training certification
- does not establish a physician–patient relationship
- does not replace professional judgment or formal medical training

7. No Warranty of Accuracy

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or professional outcomes.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Belgium.
